We have developed a new BLACK rub which achieves incredible bark on brisket, short ribs and steak. More bark than an acre of NZ Forest!
Directions: Apply a light coat of olive oil to your cut of beef. This will enable "The Black Rub" to adhere throughout the cooking process. Shake a liberal amount to all sides of your well-chosen cut of beef. Cook to "Barbecue Excellence".
