Suck Knuckle Smokers - Knuckle Jerker - Jamaican Jerk BBQ Seasoning
Traditional to Jamaica, Jerk seasoning principally relies on two ingredients; Allspice and Scotch Bonnet Peppers. These are combined together with many other spices including Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger and Thyme to create a deliciously balanced savoury seasoning with a medium heat rating. Commonly used with pork and chicken, it is also great with seafood, beef, lamb and vegetables.
