Raptor Rubs Cowboy Steak Rub
A ROBUST AND SMOKY BLEND OF SPANISH SMOKED PAPRIKA WITH A HINT OF CHILLI, CUMIN AND GARLIC TO ENHANCE BEEF AND STEAK. GREAT ON BARBECUED AND PAN-FRIED STEAK, CRUMBED SCHNITZEL, NACHOS, BURGER PATTIES AND TOFU.
INGREDIENTS: Freshly ground and batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Spanish Smoked Paprika, Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic, Cumin Seeds and Mild Chilli Powder.
HOW TO USE: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over steak, beef fillets and shish-kebabs before frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of beef and grill or fry gently, then toss through salads and stir- fried vegetables. Use to flavour and tenderise venison. Mix into beef or bean nachos and burger patties. Cowboy Steak Rub is also delicious on tofu.
