BloodShot - Kiwi & Passionfruit w'Rocoto
This is a Tropical blend of Green Kiwifruit, Passionfruit and Red Rocoto Chili
Kiwifruit, Passionfruit (from Pulp), and Red Rocoto Tropical Chili, White Sugar & Vinegar.
This is for the Advanced BBQ Master that would like to give some light heat and tropical flavour to their wrapped meat, vegetables or desserts.
It’s not overwhelmingly kiwi or passionfruit tasting, they work together and with just a light heat the fruit does all the talking.
Hard to tell what I used in the blend when you first taste it, and your mind wonders around searching for the name of the flavours you begin to taste, then the layers drop away leaving an array of tropical afternotes from the amazing peruvian chilli used in the recipe.
