Briquette Bros has brought out hardwood briquettes for all you offset smokers owners, but can also be used in normal smokers, braziers, pizza ovens, wood burners.
The briquettes are super compressed fire logs made from 100% natural untreated Vitex and Oak wood shavings - 80 to 100 bar compression.
Two flavours available - Vitex Hardwood (From the Soloman Islands) and Oak. The Vitex hardwood is the equivalent to the NZ Puriri.
The Vitex hardwood is farmed and felled under strict sustainability guidelines. Briquette Bros are committed to supporting the guidelines to maintain the future of the industry in the Solomon Islands.
